Asteri Collective Membership Criteria

Shared Vision Commitment:
Alignment is Key
Members must align with the collective’s core values.
Reputable Firms Only
Must be a legally established TPA entity, compliant with applicable federal and state regulations, and in good standing with the IRS and DOL.

Your Firm must be in Good Standing:
Participation in Collective Initiatives:
Join in!
Must be willing to regularly attend standard bi-monthly calls and contribute to projects and initiatives.
Ahead of the curve - on top of your game
Member firm should be currently using, evaluating, or committed to adopting modern TPA technology

Tech-Enabled or Tech-Adopting:
Secure Client Communication Tools:
Safety is our #1 Priority
Use of secure file transfer and data encryption tools for transmitting client and participant information.
Protect what matters
E&O Insurance: Minimum of $1M required
Cyber Insurance: Minimum of $1M required

Cyber Security
The highest standards
Member firms must have a documented cyber security policy that adheres to the DOL guidelines and procedures in place to ensure adherence.
